Petro Service Limited is pleased to announce its intent to purchase K. W. Petroleum Services Ltd.

 

The transaction is expected to close by July 31, 2019, once all conditions of the sale have been met.

In operation since 1985, Petro Service Limited has grown to be the premier provider of service, distribution, installation and construction in the petroleum and fluid handling industry.  Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company employs more than 100 people throughout Canada. 

 

K.W. Petroleum Services Ltd. was established in 1982 and was purchased by Rick Duval in 1993.  Chris McMurtry and Terry Lightbody became partners in 1995 and took full ownership of K.W. Petroleum Services Ltd. upon the passing of Rick Duval in 2015.  The Saskatoon based company, with a branch in Regina, specializes in the construction, installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment throughout Western Canada.
